My name is Joshua Ruanes, and I created Ultimate Worship with a simple goal in mind: to serve fellow worship teams and make song preparation a little easier.
As musicians, singers, worship leaders, and volunteers, we know that a lot of time can be spent transposing songs, searching for chords, organizing lyrics, and preparing for rehearsals. These things are important, but they should never take our focus away from what truly matters: worshiping God and ministering to His people.
Ultimate Worship was created to help reduce some of that workload by providing a simple and practical tool for managing worship songs, transposing keys, and preparing for rehearsals. My hope is that by spending less time on technical preparation, worship teams can spend more time growing together, encouraging one another, and focusing on the presence of God.
This project is not meant to replace ministry, talent, or personal devotion. It is simply a tool created by a fellow worship team member who understands the challenges of preparing for worship week after week.
I also recognize that every good gift comes from the Lord. Whatever value this platform provides is only possible because of His grace. My prayer is that this small project can be used to strengthen local churches, support worship teams, and ultimately bring glory to Jesus Christ.

Privacy Policy
Effective June 12, 2026
1. Information we collect
When you create an account or sign in with Google, we may receive your name,
email address, profile picture, and account identifier. Google and Supabase
handle authentication credentials; Ultimate Worship administrators cannot see
your Google password.
We also store information you choose to add, including profile details, songs,
chords, lyrics, favorites, setlists, notes, and messages submitted through the
Contact page. Our hosting and authentication providers may process basic
technical information such as IP address, browser or device details, timestamps,
and security logs.
2. How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, provide and synchronize app
features, personalize your experience, respond to questions, prevent misuse,
moderate community content, maintain the service, and comply with legal
obligations.
3. Administrator access
Authorized Ultimate Worship administrators can see account information needed
to operate the service, including a user's name, email address, profile picture,
account status, song contribution count, contributed content, and contact form
submissions. Administrators may suspend or delete accounts when needed for
security, abuse prevention, or service management.
4. Community and shared content
Songs contributed to the community songbook may be available to other users and
may show the contributor's display name. Shared song and setlist links can be
viewed by anyone who has those links. Please do not place private, confidential,
or sensitive personal information in songs, notes, setlists, or other shared content.
5. Local storage and authentication
Ultimate Worship uses browser storage to remember settings such as font size,
local transposition choices, simplified chord preferences, and other display
options. Supabase and Google may use cookies or similar technologies to keep you
signed in and protect your account.
6. Service providers
We rely on trusted providers to run the service: Supabase for authentication,
database, storage, and server functions; Vercel for website hosting; and Google
when you choose Google sign-in. Their handling of information is also governed
by their own policies.
We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably needed to
provide the service, resolve disputes, maintain security, or meet legal
obligations. Provider backups and logs may remain for a limited period after
deletion. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee
absolute security.
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information through the
Contact page. Some community or shared material may need to be retained where
legally required or where removal would affect records belonging to other users.
8. Children
Ultimate Worship is not directed to children under 13. Minors should use the
service only with permission and appropriate supervision from a parent, guardian,
church, or ministry organization.
9. International processing and policy changes
Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. We may
update this policy as Ultimate Worship develops. The effective date above will
be revised when material changes are made.
